Therapy for Adolescent Girls & Young Adult Women
I provide therapy for a limited number of adolescent girls and young adult women.
My work is focused on supporting emotional well-being, self-awareness, identity development, relationships, and life transitions during these formative years. I am especially attuned to the pressures many young women experience around expectations, achievement, belonging, and a developing sense of self, and aim to create a space where they can explore these experiences openly, with support and greater confidence in themselves.
