Information & Rates
Please review some important information and policies for my practice.
Intake Process
I offer a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation where we can discuss your specific concerns and goals, and explore whether my therapeutic/assessment approach is a good fit for your needs.
Choosing a psychologist to work with is a big decision. We will work together during our initial sessions to see if I’m the right fit for you or your child. My priority is ensuring your or your child’s well-being, and that you are receiving the support you need.
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. I will provide you with receipts containing all of the necessary information to be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement. Insurance plans that provide out-of-network benefits (such as a PPO plan) will typically reimburse a portion of the cost.
Therapy Services
I provide therapy for adolescent girls and young adult women navigating a wide range of emotional, social, and life challenges.
My fee is $250 per 50-minute therapy session
Sessions are offered weekly or biweekly, depending on clinical need and availability
Neuropsychological Assessments
Comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations are available for children (ages 6+), adolescents, and young adults. These assessments are designed to clarify diagnoses and provide targeted recommendations for educational and treatment purposes. My fees are:
$5,500 for comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations
$3,000 for ADHD-only evaluations
Fees include an intake session, in-office testing, collateral consultation (e.g., teachers, care providers), a detailed written report including treatment and/or educational recommendations, and a feedback session.
Court-Related Evaluations
I provide psychological evaluations for parents and/or children as part of custody and family court cases. These evaluations are distinct from clinical assessments and involve a structured, court-directed process that includes interviews, testing, collateral consultation, and a comprehensive written report tailored to the referral questions.
My fee starts at $6,000 per evaluation
Final fees depend on the scope of the evaluation, number of individuals involved, and specific court-related requirements.
Court-involved psychological evaluations are considered forensic in nature and are not reimbursable by insurance. These services are paid privately and follow a different process and structure from therapy or clinical assessment.
If you are an attorney, guardian ad litem, or parent involved in legal proceedings and are interested in initiating an evaluation, please contact me directly to discuss availability and next steps.
Office Location
My address is 45 Walden Street, Concord, MA 01742. My office is conveniently located in historic Concord Center. There is a parking lot adjoining my office in addition to plenty of street parking.
Cancellations
I require clients to provide 24 hours notice prior to cancelling any appointment. If clients do not cancel in this time frame or do not show up to an appointment, they will be charged the full fee. This excludes any medical emergencies.
Good Faith Estimate Notice
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of the total expected cost of any non-emergency services. If you are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance, you may request a GFE in writing before beginning services or at any time during treatment.
Telehealth/Online Sessions
I offer therapy as well as assessment intake and feedback sessions both in person and virtually, depending on scheduling and client preference.
